To pay online, visit PayPal using our link and enter the total Basic Return cost to submit your deposit fee ($129/$149 after March 1) when you're ready to begin your return. Additionally, you can use this link to enter any other amount we invoiced you after completing your return. We request you kindly pay the Basic Return fee as your return deposit in advance when you mail your documents to us. We will let you know if any payment adjustments need to be made prior to finalizing your return!

Prepare Your Return

Include the following:

Print and fill out the Tax Organizer completely. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the Organizer.
Send all W-2's for you and your spouse.
Send all 1099 and 1098 forms (from banks for interest, dividends, and mortgage interest paid). Also, any 1099B forms (from stock sales outside of your 401(k)). For stock sales, please
include your cost basis, date acquired and date sold.
A copy of your prior year's tax return, both Federal and State (if applicable) - if we didn't prepare them for you.
For electronic filing, after your return has been completed, you must download, print, and sign the completed Form 8879 we will send you. Then fax or mail this completed form to us to authorize your e-filing. We will send this form to you filled out with your return information for you to sign after the return is complete.

Mail Your Return

Mail everything via UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service Certified Mail to Flying Filers at the address found in the Tax Organizer packet and found below. If you are in Chicago, you can drop your information off in person anytime during the business day at 5715 W. Grace St through our secure mail slot.

We do not recommend requiring Signature Upon Delivery, doing so WILL DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

Pay For Services

We request paying for the Basic Return fee in advance to speed your return! If additional Forms or Schedules are required, we will invoice those additional costs prior to finalizing your return.
